Los Angeles based writer-producer Jamie Hartman is a 2-time Grammy nominee, a 2-time BMI Award winner, 4-time Ivor Novello nominee, and Brit Award winner. Jamie Hartman has written, produced and performed multiple ‘Song of the Year’ award-winning songs in the UK, Australia, and Sweden. Recently, Jamie has been writing and producing songs with ‘Brit Rising Star’ award recipient, and ‘BBC Introducing Artist of the Year’; Celeste, including her singles ‘Strange’, ‘I Can See The Change’, and working on her debut album.
Jamie recently co-wrote the Lewis Capaldi single ‘Hold Me While You Wait’ and the Calvin Harris single; ‘Giant’ featuring Rag’N’Bone Man, which shot to #1 at UK Top 40 radio.
His previous collaboration with Rag’N’Bone Man, “Human,” which he co-wrote and co-produced, went to #1 in over a dozen territories worldwide, including an incredible 12-week run in Germany, and earned Rag’N’Bone Man a host of accolades and the title of Brits Critics’ Choice. In 2018, Jamie Hartman co-wrote and co-produced the track ‘Don’t Go Breaking My Heart’ which became a massive global come-back moment for the Backstreet Boys, hitting Top 10 US Hot AC radio and the lead single off the group’s #1 Billboard 200 album, DNA, ultimately earning them a 2019 Grammy nomination for Best Pop/Duo Group Performance. His collaboration with Kygo, ‘Stargazing’ feat. Justin Jesso, was Grammy-nominated for Best Remixed Recording.
