James “JHart” Abrahart is a true multi-hyphenate whose skillset spans being a singer-songwriter-producer-vocal producer-arranger. Born and raised in London, England and Atlanta, Georgia respectively, his roots and influences are firmly planted on the two separate continents. A force in the music industry for over a decade, he has written for and had hits with artists spanning multiple genres, including Justin Bieber, Keith Urban,  Kygo, Kylie Minogue, One Republic, Troye Sivan, Jon Bellion, Muni Long, Kodak Black, Kelsea Ballerini, Usher, Charlie Puth, Cher, Illenium, and many more. As an artist, JHart has amassed 100M+ solo streams, been a featured vocalist for top tier DJ’s like Kygo and Kungs, and played some of the most iconic music venues in the world including a headline set at Coachella with Kygo in 2019. As an outspoken member of the LGBTQ community, JHart aims to use both his artistry and songwriting to continue shining a mainstream spotlight on gay perspectives and stories, and to help cultivate and mentor the next generation of LGBTQ musical talent. JHart works out of his brand new state-of-the-art studio in Tarzana, CA, hosting artists and fellow creatives and recording/arranging creative projects himself. More recently, he founded Same Wave Songs, a publishing venture with songwriter Sarah Hudson (Dua Lipa “Levitating”) to sign and develop talent. In November, 2023 JHart released a collection of solo material executive produced by 2 time song of the year GRAMMY winner and Producer of the year GRAMMY nominee Dernst “D’Mile” Emile.
